David Archuleta Talks About the Capitol Fourth Event and His New Album

(MyFOXDetroit.com Staff Reports) - American Idol alum singer and songwriter David Archuleta talks about the upcoming Capitol Fourth event where he will perform alongside Reba McEntire, Darius Rucker, John Schneider, Lang Lang and the National Symphony Orchestra.

Now in it's 30th year, the Capitol Fourth, located on the lawn of the White House will celebrate the country's 234th birthday. Award-winning actor Jimmy Smits will host the live broadcast event.

David talks about his new single "Something 'Bout Love" on his album due fall 2010 and his New York Times best selling book " Chords of Strength ."
