(myFOXDetroit.com Staff Reports) - Homeward Bound Rescue League of Canton is actively seeking temporary volunteers to foster puppy mill rescue dogs and puppies. There will be no cost to the volunteer. You must be 21 years or older.

All food, vet care and crates are provided, according to Carrie March, Director of Homeward Bound. The only thing they ask in return is that you provide a safe and loving home for the dogs until they are adopted.

Those who would like to provide a temporary home can send an email to: homewardboundmi@yahoo.com with a phone number and the best time to call.

Those who are unable to temporary foster but would like to help may make donations through the website at www.hbrlmi.com .

Adoptions are held every Saturday at Pet Supplies Plus at 43665 Ford Rd, Canton, MI, between Morton Taylor and Sheldon, on the south side of Ford Road from 12 noon to 3:30pm.
