SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - The Fourth Annual "Racing for Kids to the Hill" took over the streets of Grosse Pointe Farms Wednesday afternoon.
The local charity held its annual street fair complete with exotic cars, rides and games.
Wednesday night's charity auction will benefit children's programs at three local hospitals.
"Tonight, we have a VIP reception and it's a wonderful event. There's a live auction, a silent auction, and in our first three years, we've raised about $100,000, which stays here in the community of Detroit at Children's Hospital, Beaumont and Henry Ford Hospital," said J. Patrick Wright with Racing for Kids.
