Remember the "Seinfeld" episode in which Kramer dropped a Junior Mint into a patient who was having surgery?

It was a funny scene, but the real scenario is very scary, which is why the University of Michigan Health System is trying to make sure when it comes to surgery, no foreign objects are left behind.
