MyFox Job Shop - The Job Shop worked with Kelly Services to allow our cameras to roll during real job interviews. The idea was to create real examples of things to say or not say during an interview.
Play three video clips in the player to watch three different interviews, each with very distinct lessons that apply to any job seeker.
The candidates were well aware of our camera crews, but the jobs they interviewed for were real and so too are the results of the interviews.
Candidate # 1: Sharon Masey, looking for clerical work. Kelly Service rep: Danielle Armstrong
See how she handles the question about what she listed on her resume as a strength.
Candidate #2: Tim Anderson, logistics / warehouse management. Kelly Service Rep: Al Blakemore
Tim uses the words "responsible' and "managed". This is a good thing, find out why.
Candidate # 3: Deborah Canady-Ray, business analyst. Kelly Service Rep: Mary Ganfield
Deborah openly admits that one of her past projects failed. Watch her interview to find out why this is a good thing.
