20-Year-Old Killed Near Detroit Club

myFOXDetroit.com Staff - Police are looking into a deadly shooting near a downtown Detroit Club. It happened near Club Vondies on the River Saturday morning.

20-year old Torney Watts died in the shooting. Watts was about to be married and had a child on the way.

Detroit police are still piecing together what happened. They tell Fox 2 News, it appears Watts was talking to some people near the club when some sort of altercation broke out and shots were fired.

No arrests have been made.

Fox 2's Simon Shaykhet spoke with Watts mother and fiance about the murder and the search for the suspects.
