½ Cup Cottage Cheese
½ Cup Fresh Pineapple
¼ Cup Dried Cherries
½ oz. Michelle’ s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate (drizzled)
Sprinkle with Fiber One
Michelle’s Oatmeal Bake
3 cups rolled oats
½ Cup Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
2 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup dried tart cherries
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Beat in milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in dried cranberries. Pour into single serving baking dishes.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Michelle’s Cherry Pancakes
Pancake Mix - use less milk
¼ Cup Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
¼ Cup Tart Dried Cherries
Mix all together and pour spoonfuls on greased griddle.
Top with Michigan Maple Syrup and Michigan Cherry Preserves

Michelle’s Grilled Pork Medallions
Pork Medallions - Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper set aside
Michelle’s Cherry Reduction Sauce
½ Cup Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
½ Cup Michigan Made Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon High Quality Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
Handful of Tart Dried Cherries
Bring to a boil stirring consistently, reduce heat, let cool and thicken. Set aside most of the sauce.
Heat grill, place medallions on grill, baste with reduction sauce, flip port, repeat basting. When pork is plated spoon reduction sauce on the pork.

Grilled Mushrooms
1 Cup Tart Dried Cherries
Cook Rice, add Mushrooms and Tart Dried Cherries, Mix and enjoy. Serve with Pork
Michelle’s Meat Loaf - Cherry Comfort Food for the Season
1 ½ lb Hamburger
I cup Quaker Oats
3 Eggs
¼ Onion (Chopped)
2 oz. Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
1 Cup Ketchup
¼ tsp. Worcheshire Sauce
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 - Mix Hamburger, Oats, Eggs, and Onion together and place in a greased bread pan. Mix Michelle’s Miracle, Ketchup, Worcheshire and Brown Sugar together. Spread half on the Meat Loaf. Place in oven bake covered for 45 min. Pull from the oven spread the remaining sauce and place back in the oven uncovered for 30 min.
Michelle’s BBQ Sauce
½ Cup Michelle’s Miracle
2 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Honey
1 Onion
Mix together, cook for about an hour on low. Let cool, marinate the Chicken with half the sauce. When grilling continually basting additional sauce.
This is one of my favorites as the sauce sticks to the meat and becomes a bit crunchy!
Michelle’s Cherry & Molasses Lake Michigan Salmon
½ Cup Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup molasses
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Combine the oil, molasses, garlic and lemon peel; set aside half of the mixture for serving. Before starting grill, coat grill rack/pan with nonstick cooking spray. Grill salmon, uncovered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with molasses mixture. Serve with reserved Michelle’s Miracle mixture.

Michelle’s Tart Cherry Bread Pudding
4 slices buttered bread, cut in squares
1/4 c. Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
Cinnamon (opt.)
Place bread in bottom of 8"x8" pan. Beat eggs and sugar; add other ingredients and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. Serve warm with Michelle’s Tart Cherry Sauce.
Michelle’s Tart Cherry Sauce
1/2 c. Michelle’s Miracle Tart Cherry Concentrate
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch salt
Mix Michelle’s Miracle and cornstarch, pour in boiling water. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and lemon juice. Stir until butter is melted. Serve warm. Serves 4 to 5.
