Mother Seeks Answers In Falling Death

The mother of the 24-year old who fell off a Southfield balcony earlier this week is speaking out.

Latricia Lanier is hoping someone will come forward and tell police what they saw or know.

Police are calling the death of Demetris Lanier murder. Lanier fell off the sixth floor balcony of North Park Towers in Southfield on Tuesday. He was found on the front lawn about 5:00pm. Witnesses told police there may have been some sort of fight before the fall.
