Woman Doesn't Realize She Won Big

myFOXDetroit.com Staff - A Metro Detroit woman hit it big at the MGM Grand casino and she didn't even know it. She won a brand new Cadillac but some other guy tried to claim her prize.

The 61-year old woman named Grace from Detroit asked us not to show her face. 

Grace told Fox 2 she was playing the slots at MGM and realized someone had won a car but got up and left not knowing that someone was actually her.

That's when a man nearby tried to slide into her winning seat. He told security it was his mother who won the car. The security guard didn't buy his story and started going through the security tapes.

Those tapes eventually helped them track down the real winner, Grace.

She needed to pay the sales tax on the $44-thousand Cadillac to take it home. Grace instead opted for $30-thousand dollars which she used towards a down payment on a house.
