myFOXDetroit.com Staff - Ford Arts, Beats and Eats is now just a couple days away and area restaurants are preparing for a flood of people.
The Black Finn American Saloon in Royal Oak is excited and ready for the weekend rush.
Today, Executive Chef Greg Roberts talked about what the event means for the Royal Oak area. He also cooked up some sweet and spicy shrimp.
Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
10 oz 41-60 shrimp
Cornstarch
3 oz sweet and spicy sauce (secret recipe)
2 oz shredded green leaf lettuce
1 tbs scallions, chopped
Dust shrimp in cornstarch, fry, then toss with sauce. Place lettuce in bowl, layer shrimp on top, then finish with scallions over the entire dish.
