Stuart Gray is a multi media artist known for his sculptured lamps. What is so unique and special about these pieces are the crystalline porcelain shades that he uses to complete the lamps.

Crystalline porcelain: metal crystals in a field of glass, fired on a base of high temperature porcelain bisque. The origins of crystalline porcelain dates back to the late Ming Dynasty (circa 1650AD), but what he does with it is very unique and rare and no one makes lamps out of it. The entire lamp is made of metal, porcelain and wood, and is personally handcrafted by Gray.
