Chuck and Dave's Layered Dip
2 lbs ground beef
2 Taco Seasoning packets
1-16oz Chuck and Dave's Mexi Dip
1-16oz Container of Chuck and Dave's Mexican Medium Salsa
1- 8oz brick of cream cheese
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
½ Cup fresh or canned sliced jalapenos
1. In large skillet or pan, brown the ground beef
2. Add Taco Seasoning Mixes as directed on back of packages
3. Combine the ground beef mixture with the container of Chuck and Dave's Salsa
4. Spread the Cream Cheese on bottom of 13 x 9" Baking Dish
5. Pour the ground beef mixture over the cream cheese
6. Spread the Chuck and Dave's Mexi Dip on top of the ground beef
7. Sprinkle the jalapeno slices evenly over the top of the Mexi Dip
8. Add the shredded cheese evenly over the entire pan
9. Bake at 350® until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes
10. Serve with Chuck and Dave's Tortilla Chips and Enjoy!
Salsa Beer Cheese Dip
1 cup Chuck and Dave's Mexican HOT Salsa
2 cups shredded American Cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 ounces of cream cheese
1/3 cup beer
1. Combine Chuck and Dave's salsa, American cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and cream cheese in a medium pan.
2. Cook and stir over low heat until all cheeses are melted.
3. Stir in beer and heat through. Serve warm (in a chafing dish or mini crockpot) with tortilla chips.
