(WJBK) - Small changes to your diet can add up to big weight loss, according to Emily Schwartz, R.D. at Providence Park Hospital.
According to Schwartz, swapping soda for zero-calorie beverages can lead to 25 pounds of weight loss in a year. For breakfast, Schwartz says to swap a bagel with cream cheese for oatmeal with skim milk and another 26 pounds.
