(WJBK) - The Michigan Humane Society is reaching out to those who've served our country with a special pet adoption program.
Pets for Patriots is designed to partner pets in need of a home with members of any branch of the United States armed forces at any stage of their careers.
The program includes discounted adoption fees and discounted veterinary care at one of the three MHS veterinary centers for the pet's lifetime.
Those interested can log on to www.petsforpatriots.org for more information.
