Turkey Shepherds pie

1 Tbs olive oil
1- Carrot (peeled & Chopped )
1-Onion (chopped )
1/2 Bunch Celery ( chopped )
2 cups turkey gravy
1- Lb turkey ( cooked )
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn

Directions:
Heat skillet over medium high heat add celery, carrots, onions, cook till tender add the rest of the ingredients heat up and pour in a casserole dish top with left over mashed potatoes. Top potatoes with paprika place casserole in oven at 350 degrees until potatoes brown. Serve
