Ingredients:
1 Can (13.8 oz) refrigerated classic Pizza crust
8 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4c.chopped green pepper
1/4c. chopped red pepper
1/4c. chopped onion
12 oz mozzarella cheese
11/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
Method:
Heat oven to 425' . Spray 9x11 cake pan with non sticking
spray or grease with shortening. Unroll dough and place in pan.
Starting from center, press out dough with hands to edge of pan.
In medium bowl beat eggs add salt and pepper. In l0" medium
skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture stir until
thoroughly cooked but still moist. Remove from heat set aside to
cool. Spread mozzarella cheese over crust evenly. Spread Cooled
cooked egg mixture over mozzarella cheese. Spread chopped green
pepper, red pepper, onion mixture over mozzarella cheese evenly.
Splash salsa evenly on top lightly topping pizza. Bake 12-15
minutes or until toppings are thoroughly cooked. Can serve Jalapeno
peppers on the side for an added bite.
