Dino's Bourbon Street BBQ Sauce

Yield approximately 1. 25 gallons
Ingredients:
- Dino’s BBQ Sauce 12 oz
- Light Beer 24 oz
- Bourbon 2 cups
- Red Onion Puree 2 cups
- Maple Syrup 2 cups
- Minced Garlic 1/4 cup
- Worcestershire 1/4 cup
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 cup
- Cayenne Pepper 1 TBLSP
- Red Pepper Flakes 1 TBLSP
- Black Pepper 1 TBLSP
- Salt To Taste
Add ingredients to large sauce pan
Bring to boil then low heat and simmer for 30 minutes
Stir occasionally to avoid bottom burning
