Serves 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean lamb
- 1 lb Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 1 cup of sliced Spanish onions
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 5 cloves of garlic (mashed)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Method:
- In a skillet heat the olive oil and add lean lamb, sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, then add garlic, onions & mushrooms and sauté for additional 2 to 3 minutes. Add cilantro, salt, pepper, white pepper and lemon juice mix well and serve.
