Ground Turkey - 5 Pounds
Diced Onion - 2 Each
Diced Green Peppers - 2 Each
Minced Garlic - 2 Tablespoons
Ketchup - 1 ½ Quarts
Worcestershire Sauce - 2 teaspoons
Red Wine Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a large sauce pan brown off ground turkey.
2. Add Garlic, green peppers, and Onions and cook down until onions become translucent.
3. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes about 12 sandwiches
