Ingredients:
- 8 oz. ground beef patty
- 4-6 medium to large button mushrooms - sliced
- 1 teaspoon butter or vegetable oil - to saute mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons Cajun spice
- 1 garlic clove - chopped
- 1 pinch pepper blend
- 2 to 3 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
- lettuce, tomato, pickle
To Make:
- Apply Cajun spice to both sides of burger patty
- Grill burger to your desired temperature
- Sauté mushrooms in butter or vegetable oil
- Add chopped garlic and pepper blend to mushrooms
- Sauté lightly before adding bleu cheese to pan
- Quickly top burger with melting cheese and mushroom mixture.
- Serve with lettuce, tomato, and pickle.
