The event is nothing short of a New York-like fashion show with big name designers showing off their latest and greatest merchandise.

Attendees will have a chance to meet the designers after the show, as well as attend trunk shows featuring the designers work.

Femilia Couture was established by designers Lambros and Thornhill in January 2007. Both attended and completed degrees at the International Academy of Design and Technology. After graduating, while continuing to reside in Metro Detroit, they pursued their goal of starting a high-end fashion label that offers one-of-a-kind couture clothing. In less than three years, their label has grown into a high fashion design house, full of beautifully designed dresses, skirts, corsets, blouses, tees and more, sold out of their storefront in Ferndale. Femilia is now leaning towards the use of natural based fibers and sustainable materials.
