Chef Noodles sets up shop at the Wixom Food Market at 31100 Old Wixom Road from Thursdays through Sundays. He's not giving up any secrets but did offer these tips for grilling up good ribs:

Make sure to tear off fat layer of back of ribs.
Work with them at room temperature.
Rub generously. (use whatever spices you like, but avoid salt)
Barbeque between 300-350 degrees.
When halfway done, take off direct heat to finish.
They're done when they fall off bone.
