ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WJBK) -- Perhaps you've given up on your new year's resolution or you're sick of your workout routine and want to try something new.
FOX 2's Jessica Starr recently visited Planet Rock in Ann Arbor to try her hand at indoor rock climbing.
So, what do people need to know when they come to Planet Rock for the first time?
"Don't be intimidated because it is a sport for everyone. Anybody of any body type can do rock climbing. It works out your entire body and you use mostly a lot of upper arm, a lot of lower leg, but you're not working against your body, your working with your body. So, you're not lifting any weights, just your own body weight," said Leslie Barber.
