Your friends will never miss those buffalo wings and pizza from your Super Bowl party - after they try some of these healthier alternatives from Michelle Kobernick of Gourmet Everyday.

Michelle stopped by the Fox 2 Cooking School Saturday morning, to show us how to make grilled steak skewers and yogurt dill sauce. They're both easy to create - and easy on the waistline.

Check out the recipes below, and click on the video player to watch the full segment.

Recipes:

Grilled Greek Skewers
Serves 10
Marinade
2 Lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast or boneless leg of lamb, cut into one-inch cubes
¾ Cup of lemon juice
2 Tbs red wine vinegar
¾ Cup of olive oil
4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 Tbs chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbs chopped fresh dill
Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
Small Wood (soaked in water for 2 hours before using) or metal skewers
Whisk together all ingredients. Pour over chicken breast and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade shaking off any excess. Place 3-4 pieces of chicken on each skewer.

To cook the chicken:

Preheat the grill or oven to 400*. Grill the chicken on each side for 3-4 minutes OR bake on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Serve with Whole Wheat Pita, Yogurt dill sauce, and cracked wheat salad with cucumber and tomato.

Yogurt Dill Sauce

2 cups low fat plain yogurt
1 seeded, grated cucumber
½ cup of chopped fresh dill
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper
