Missing Girl, 1, Found Safe with Mother

FOX 2's Al Allen reports that a Dearborn Heights mother will file charges this afternoon against her husband following a domestic dispute Thursday that led to an issued Amber Alert for their one-year-old daughter.

That Amber Alert was cancelled Friday morning after McKenzie Tardiff was found safe with her 25-year-old mother Megan at a relative's house in Riverview.

Dearborn Heights police had been looking for McKenzie since late Thursday. Allen reports that Tardiff left the family's home following a domestic dispute with her husband, Jeff. Calls into him this morning were not returned.
