(WJBK) - Detroit Emergency Financial Manager Robert Bobb came to the city with the mission to fix the Detroit public school system. And in doing that, he's become one of the city's most controversial figures.

But it's his journey to becoming the man we know today that is a very fascinating story.

As FOX 2 celebrates Black History Month, Bobb sat down one-on-one with our own Al Allen for an exclusive interview.
