Depostion Part 2 for Christine Beatty in Greene Lawsuit

Call it deposition part two for Kwame Kilpatrick's former chief of staff and lover Christine Beatty. She was questioned for more than three hours on Friday.

It is all part of the civil lawsuit filed by the family of murdered exotic dancer Tamara Greene.

Beatty, who now lives in Atlanta, was deposed last month, as well.

"Coming in is not very easy for her. She hasn't got the money to come in, frankly, and it's an ordeal," said Beatty's attorney Mayer Morganroth.

"She was the chief of staff during the alleged Manoogian Mansion party period. She was the chief of staff during Tammy Greene's murder. She was the chief of staff during Tammy Greene's murder investigation cover-up. She's the chief. She's important to this case.," said Greene family attorney Norman Yatooma.

Next week, Yatooma plans to question Bernard Kilpatrick. He missed his scheduled deposition last week.

Kwame Kilpatrick could also be called in for a second round of questioning.
