CIRCUMSTANCE:
In the 15000 block of W. Chicago, the victim, B/M/24, received a gunshot wound to the body. Circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this time. The victim refused medical treatment.
WANTED:
Suspect: Unknown and armed.
