(DETROIT) - Dig into the fall season and plant 4,000 trees around the city of Detroit!
Beginning Sept. 24 through Nov. 19, The Greening of Detroit nonprofit group will engage 7,000 volunteers to plant more trees than ever before.
The Greening kicks off Saturday, Sept. 24 from 9am - 1pm, with a mega planting of 500 trees in the Cody Rouge neighborhood.
