A Chinese man has come up with a new way for women to deal with their stress.
Digital Spy reports that gym coach Xiao Lin from Shenyang in northeast China's Liaoning province has started a part-time job as a human punching bag.
"It fits well with my day job," he told the Liaoshen Evening Post. "I needed more sparring partners anyway.
"By being a punching bag for women, I can make some money and also practice my self-defense skills and work on my fitness at the same time."
Women pay 100 yuan (about $15) for a 30-minute session.
"The first woman was about 25 years old. She paid for half an hour but soon got tired and spent the rest of her time just chatting to me," Xiao said. "The second customer also only lasted for a few minutes but they both looked much happier afterwards. It does people good to let off some steam."
A San Diego store called Sarah's Smash Shack invited people to throw plates and break things to relieve stress. The store closed last month, but according to TokyoMango.com , there's a truck in Tokyo called A Place For Venting Anger that allows people to smash and break plates.
