The charity is called " Flags For Fallen Military ," and one of the young men honored is Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Pionk.
Pionk was killed with six others in Sinsil, Iraq, in January 2008.
Donating the time and materials to erect a flag pole in honor of a fallen war veteran is an act of kindness and respect that David Larson has repeated more a hundred times.
Larson is the man behind the charity.
"We don't have a military message, we don't have a political message, we don't have a religious message -- the questions really is who do you thank, who do you thank for your freedom," Larson said.
More than 100 flag poles have been donated to families of service members who've made the ultimate sacrifice.
