FOX 2 SPECIAL REPORT - It's SOS for the DPS. The district faces a gargantuan deficit, low test scores, high dropout rates and declining enrollment.

So where to begin?

That question becomes Front and Center in a FOX 2 special report: The State of Detroit Public Schools.

Roop Raj teamed up with fellow FOX 2 reporters Charlie LeDuff and Andrea Isom to tackle some of the biggest issues plaguing the district.
