'Great Lakes Cyclone' Term Makes its Way Across the Web

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - As forecasters predict what could be the worst storm to hit the region in decades, the Web is lighting up with the term 'Great Lakes Cyclone.'

Winds in excess of 60 miles per hour are predicted across the Midwest, including southeast Michigan. The Fox affiliate in Chicago's top story headline reads Tuesday, Great Lakes Cyclone Approaches.

Twitter is being pummeled with messages about the storm and #greatlakescyclone is quickly moving up the trend chart. Users in Chicago are also dubbing it the 'Chiclone.'
