SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - The unsolved murder of Royal Oak businessman Gary Lupiloff is getting new life. A life insurance company is suing to block a six-figure payout because it could go to the killer.

The murder victim is a guy FOX 2's Rob Wolchek put in the Hall of Shame.

Wolchek says Lupiloff had a lot of enemies, but only one of them had taken out a policy on his life. That person has now been named.
