Wayne County Michigan
myFOXdetroit.com Staff - The woman who admitted to using Facebook to taunt a little girl dying from Huntington's disease will have her day in court over another neighborhood dispute.
Jennifer Petkov of Trenton, Michigan stands charged with felonious assault and reckless driving for allegedly trying to run over her neighbor Tana Boling.
Today in Wayne County Judge David A. Groner's courtroom, Petkov stood mute. A "blind-drawing" moves the case to Judge Carol Youngblood's court on December 3rd for another hearing on the matter. Fox 2 cameras will be there.

If Petkov is found guilty of assualy she could face up to fours years in prison.
Petkov made headlines around the world after she created and posted photos on a Facebook page, showing Kathleen Edward's face as part of a skull and crossbones. Edward is dying from a rare brain disorder called Huntington's Disease . She also posted photos of Kathleen's mom, who died last year from Huntington's Disease, wrapped in the arms of the Grim Reaper.
Jennifer's husband Scott Petkov teamed up to bully the Edward family and Rebecca Rose, Kathleen's grandmother, by parking a truck with a hearse in the pick-up bed in front of Rose's home. Since the original report on October 7th, the Petkov's have apologized, the Facebook photos taken down and the hearse was destroyed.
Public outrage against the Petkov's turned into a rally for Kathleen. She was given a shopping spree at Tree Town Toys, (see video) , and thousands of people have made donations from as far way as Australia.
Some say the feud on the street in the Trenton neighborhood continues today. Trenton Police have been called to the street a number of times over the past few months.
