Judge Who Sentenced Jalen Rose on 'Let It Rip'

Not everybody is pleased with Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and his plan to revitalize the city's neighborhoods. The mayor is confident it will work, but even he admits it will be a challenge.

Plus, Kimberly Small is the judge that threw the book at Jalen Rose giving him 20 days in jail for drunk driving. While she couldn't talk specifically about that case, she did explain why she is so tough when it comes to drunk driving cases in general.
