SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- The billionaire bridge owner is thrown in jail. Matty Moroun and his top lieutenant are being held in contempt for not following a judge's order to complete a construction project in southwest Detroit.
"I have to say that it was a vicious and vengeful act by the judge to go after my dad like that," said Detroit International Bridge Company Vice Chairman Matthew Moroun.
Their families say what happened in court was an injustice.
"I want some judge that's going to give us a fair hearing, not someone that has a personal vendetta against my family," Moroun told FOX 2.
