SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - Michigan politicians are moving to change a law dealing with paternity, and it all stems from a case involving a man from Hartland.
Daniel Quinn fathered a child with a woman who was still legally married to another man. Current state law does not recognize Quinn as the father, even though he has DNA tests that prove he's the dad.
