DETROIT (WJBK) - A group of Detroiters who fought to keep their library from closing may spend Christmas behind bars.
On Thursday night, 11 members of 'By Any Means Necessary' protested the closings of the Lincoln and Montheith branch libraries in Detroit.
The protestors would have been allowed to demonstrate outside, but their attempt to occupy the inside of the building brought police into the mix.
Police arrested all eleven people.
FOX 2's Andrea Isom was there and has a full video report.
