SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - Two paramedics sit in their broken down ambulance as shots ring out all around them. The video they recorded while waiting to be rescued is raising questions about the City of Detroit's promise to fix problems with its emergency service.

Play the video in the player to see the video taken by paramedic Wisam Zeineh and to hear the sounds of almost constant gunfire as he and his partner sit in their broken down rig.
