(WJBK) - Strong winds and heavy rain made for a slow commute around metro Detroit Tuesday morning.
FOX 2's Amy Andrews reports a two-vehicle crash in Hazel Park has left John R. closed at Eight Mile as crews worked to repair downed traffic signals.
Earlier, a jackknifed semi-truck shut down I-94 westbound at Moross.
