Job Shop: Cedar Point Opens Auditions for Entertainers

myFOXDetroit.com - Ohio's Cedar Point amusement park is gearing up for a new season by putting out the call for new employees to take part in this summer's shows.

The amusement park and resort has more than 100 openings to fill in its Live Entertainment Division for 2012. Open auditions and interviews will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3 at Cedar Point. Representatives are looking for a variety of performers, including singers, dancers, musicians and technicians.

Cedar Point will open for the season on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Those who cannot audition in person can send audio and/or videotape with a resume to: Cedar Point Live Entertainment, One Cedar Point Drive, Sandusky, OH 44870-5259.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by May 2012 to audition.
