Little Lemonade Ladies Honored

myFOXDetroit.com Staff - Commissioners in Oakland County honor four Little Lemonade Ladies for their contributions to the Detroit Goodfellows .

On July 31, 2010, the Little Lemonade Ladies raised $350 after re-establishing their lemonade stand which was robbed on July 18, 2010. The robbery made national news and struck a chord with hardworking people and parents across the nation.

Despite the robbery, these young ladies demonstrated a resolve to keep going and decided to get back into business.

The Little Lemonade Ladies: 8 year-olds Corrine M. and Savannah R. Aldrich, 6 year-old Aleyce J. Guerra and 9 year-old Serena P.

The foursome donated their proceeds to the Goodfellows after selling 40 gallons of lemonade at their new stand on July 31, 2010.
