Man Found Stabbed to Death on Detroit's West Side

DETROIT - Police discovered the body of a 33-year-old man stabbed numerous times in the middle of northern west side neighborhood Friday.

Police tell FOX 2's Al Allen the man was murdered elsewhere and dumped on Piedmont Street near Evergreen and Schoolcraft sometime late Thursday evening.

Police officials confirm to Allen that neighbors saw passengers dump an object out of a vehicle around 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Neighbors say they thought it was trash until the sun came up Friday morning and police were notified.
