PONTIAC, Mich. (WJBK) - A Maryland man has been charged with kidnapping after police say he abducted his 11-year-old daughter in Auburn Hills.

According to a police, Tavia Bentley was taken by Sebastian Campbell, her non-custodial father, on Sunday. She was eventually found safe with him Wednesday at a home in Detroit.

Campbell, who is 46 years old and from Rockville, MD, was arraigned Thursday. His bond was set at $10,000. He will remain in Oakland County jail pending his court process. If convicted, he faces one year in prison and a $2,000 fine.
