MACOMB TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A Sterling Heights teen faces up to five years in prison after he allegedly was caught taking a cell-phone photo of an undressed man inside a Macomb County tanning salon.
The Macomb Daily reports Ryan J. Woods, 18, was arraigned Monday on charges of capturing or distributing an image of an unclothed person. It's the only charge Woods is facing, but the Daily reports that police raided his residence where they found more than 100 images of what appear to be partially dressed men in a tanning booth.
The alleged incidents took place at the Image Sun Tanning Centers on 21 Mile and Garfield.
Woods is free on bond and his next court date will be May 24.
