Why are you running for office?

I am running to bring our voice back to government. We need to stay focused on the core responsibilities of state government and with sound principles of fiscal policy we can promote economic growth and protect our citizens from taxation.

What is the biggest problem facing Michigan residents today and how would you solve it?

In my district it is jobs and forclousures. Government does not create jobs the private sector does. We must reduce or eliminate MBT and reduce regulations so we can retain the jobs we have and bring new jobs to our community.We must get agressive with mortgate companies to work on making modifictions quicker and easier so homeowners are not losing thier home.

What's a better solution: finding revenue or cutting costs to meet Michigan's public education budget? How would you do it?

Public education is an important key to Michigans future. We must do all we can regardless if it is finding revenue or cutting cost.We can bring health care and pensions to match that of the private sector.

What's the best way to create jobs for Michigan residents?

Eliminate or reduce the MBT, Make Michigan a Right to Work State and put the Michigan Fair Tax in place. These alone will bring jobs to Michigan.

After you leave this earth, what will they say about you?

I won't be here, but what I hear now is nice guys finish last. I hope not.......
