SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - With all the high tech gadgets we use every day, there has to be a better way to stay cool on a hot day. How about a wet towel made of space age material?

It's called a Chilly Pad. Problem Solver Rob Wolchek put it to the Fame or Shame test.
