DETROIT, Mich. (WJBK) - The Villages of Detroit hosted an annual celebration Sunday. The event was meant to showcase several neighborhoods including: Historic Indian Village, West Village, Islandview Village, East Village, Berry Subdivision, and the Gold Coast (riverfront) communities.]

Participants were treated to tours of homes for sale. Housing styles include turn-of-the-century cottages, row houses, historic mansions and towering high-rises.
The community festival also included arts, crafts, children's activities, music, food and a pop up beer garden.
