MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. (WJBK) - Drivers say a construction project near 10 Mile Road and Dequindre in Madison Heights may be doing more than just fixing the road.
Some claim it's fixing it so police can write tickets to unsuspecting drivers. Fox 2's Simon Shaykhet has the story.
